On-Site

When our staff arrive on-site, they will prepare the work area so they can complete the work safely and protect your space. They will then complete the work as per your specifications. We strive for excellence in every job. All of our work is completed following the National Building Code and Ontario Health and Safety standards.


If at any time they run into a new issue they will discuss it with you, answer all of your questions, and only complete additional work if you authorize it.


If the work requires a Plumbing Inspection, our team will arrange for the inspection and will be on-site during the inspection to answer any questions the inspector may have.


Once the job is done we will clean up after ourselves leaving your space as tidy as we found it. Payment is due upon completion of the work- we accept cash, e-transfer and credit cards.

  • Do I need a permit for a home renovation?

    Depending on the scope of the renovation you may or may not need a permit. We provide free quotes and as part of the quote, we will advise you if a permit is needed and our customer service team can assist you in applying for the permit.


    Whenever a permit is needed the local plumbing inspector will visit the site to review the work. Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with these processes, ensuring that all regulations are adhered to and all paperwork is correctly filed. Our team will schedule the inspections, and be on site when the inspection is completed so that they can answer any questions the inspector may have.
