Initial Contact /Free Quotations

Scheduling an appointment is easy with our responsive team. Simply reach out to us and our customer service team will work with you to find a time that works best for you.


If it's an emergency, we are ready to assist, our phone lines are monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week.


When you call, our team will ask a few questions to assist us in making sure we understand your needs and to make a recommendation on the best and most cost-effective solution. If, over the phone, we cannot determine the best next steps or if the job is complex we will schedule one of our technicians to visit the job site and complete a free written quote.

On-Site

When our staff arrive on site, they will prepare the work area so they can complete the work safe and protect your space. They will then complete the work as per your specifications. We strive for excellence in every job. All of our work is completed following the National Building Code and Ontario Health and Safety standards.


If at any time they run into a new issue they will discuss it with you, answer all of your questions and only complete additional work if you authorize it.


If the work requires a Plumbing Inspection, our team will arrange for the inspection and will be on site during the inspection to answer any questions the inspector may have.


Once the job is done we will clean up after ourselves leaving your space as tidy as we found it. Payment is due upon completion of the work- we accept cash, e-Transfer and credit cards.
