Our Story as a Family Business Established in 1994

Established in 1994 by Kelly Vaillancourt, Call the Plumbing Doctor began as a humble operation from his parent's basement. Drawing upon the experience and knowledge gained from an apprenticeship at his uncle's company, Kelly set out to create a trusted plumbing service that prioritized customer satisfaction. With staunch support from his family, the business quickly expanded, necessitating a move to an industrial unit in Oshawa.


Over 30 years later, Call the Plumbing Doctor continues its legacy as a family-run enterprise with his sons Garrett and Logan now part of the business, employing 13 skilled individuals offering an array of services. The inclusion of Call The Foundation Doctor in 2001 broadened our scope to encompass foundation drainage and waterproofing solutions. The commitment to quality service, fair pricing, and customer rapport remains unwavering with approximately 82% of daily calls originating from repeat customers or referrals. A testament to their honest communication and reliable service delivery.
